How It Works
Step 1: Book Your Initial Assessment
Before enrolling, all potential instructors must complete a one-on-one assessment to evaluate movement proficiency and readiness. This ensures you receive tailored guidance as you begin your training journey.
Step 2: Complete 50 Hours of Training
Once your assessment is complete, you’ll gain access to our structured 50-hour educational training program, where you’ll:
Learn the fundamentals of Balnc Pilates approach
Gain hands-on experience with real clients
Refine your teaching skills under expert mentorship
Step 3: Join the Balnc Studios Team!
After completing your training, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for a position as a Pilates Instructor, earning up to $45 per hour with flexible hours and career growth opportunities.
